How much would it cost to buy a house and lot unit?
The total Contract Price of a house and lot unit would mainly depend on the size of the lot, and the housing type: duplex, 1-2 bedroom bungalows, or 2-storey, 3-bedroom houses.

What are the financing options available?​
HDMF housing loans (for Pag-IBIG members) or other financing institutions (e.g. banks) will be recognized and approved of. MGDC currently does NOT offer in-house financing.

What are the requirements needed for reservation?​
The following requirements are needed to make a reservation:

Buyer’s Information Sheet

A non-refundable reservation fee

Are there specific buyer qualifications?​
Interested buyers need to show proof of income, which includes, but is not limited
to any of the following:
1. Latest Income Tax Return
2. Contract of Employment
3. Certificate of Employment and Compensation
4. Pay Slip
5. Audited Financial Statement

These documents need to be submitted together with the non-refundable reservation fee.

How can Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) purchase a house and lot unit?​
A Special Power of Attorney (SPA) is required to authorize an immediate relative to carry out any transactions with MGDC. The SPA should be notarized by a Philippine Embassy or Consulate in the current country / state of residence.
